Crumbly cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup ghee

  • 1 egg

  • cup almond flour

  • 3 tbsp arrowroot

  • 1 tsp salt 

  • 1 cup cornmeal

  • 1-1/4 cup almond milk

  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  1. Start by combining all of the ingredients listed above in a bowl. 

  2. MIX, MIX, MIX the ingredients well with a whisk or a simple spoon. 

  3. Set the oven for 400 degrees and bake for 25 minutes! 

  4. Let cool, break apart that crumbly goodness and ENJOY!
